• HSeT’s e-learning platforms collect various types of data about trainees, including personal information, learning progress, quiz and exam scores, and course completion rates. The collection, processing, and protection of this data are described in the section titled “Data Protection.”

Intellectual Property

• Copyright: The content of HSeT’s e-learning courses—including text, images, videos, and audio materials—is protected by copyright law. This content belongs to its creators, who hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and adapt their work.
• Licenses: The use of e-learning materials must be governed by appropriate licensing agreements. Such licenses may limit the use of the content to specific purposes, a defined number of users, or a set period. HSeT uses a Creative Commons license to clearly specify permitted uses and restrictions.
• Terms of Use: HSeT’s e-learning platforms are governed by terms-of-use agreements that outline the rights and responsibilities of both HSeT and its users. These terms address acceptable use, data ownership, and procedures for resolving disputes.
