Intellectual Property
- Copyright: The content of HSeT’s e-learning courses—including text, images, videos, and audio materials—is protected by copyright law. This content belongs to its creators, who hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and adapt their work.
- Licenses: The use of e-learning materials must be governed by appropriate licensing agreements. Such licenses may limit the use of the content to specific purposes, a defined number of users, or a set period. HSeT uses a Creative Commons license to clearly specify permitted uses and restrictions.
- Terms of Use: HSeT’s e-learning platforms are governed by terms-of-use agreements that outline the rights and responsibilities of both HSeT and its users. These terms address acceptable use, data ownership, and procedures for resolving disputes.
