  • HSeT collects only the data that trainees provide directly or that can be derived from their participation in training activities.
  • Trainees must agree that information related to their learning activities may be shared with HSeT by third parties—such as universities and other institutional partners collaborating with HSeT on online training programs—to enable the administration, development, and maintenance of e-learning resources.
  • Trainees also guarantee that all information provided to HSeT during registration is accurate, correct, and up to date.
Data protection

  • HSeT uses trainees’ personal data solely for the performance of its training activities—such as enabling access to services and websites, communicating necessary information, issuing invoices and reports, and managing payments—or for legitimate business purposes, including addressing enquiries or complaints.

Trainees’ personal data is not shared with third parties unless required to fulfill contractual obligations. To honour contracts with HSeT’s institutional partners, trainees’ personal data and information about their learning activities may be transferred to these partners to support the administration, development, and maintenance of e-learning resources and programs. HSeT takes all reasonable measures to ensure that such third parties offer adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data. Additionally, HSeT does not transfer trainees’ data outside Switzerland or the EU unless appropriate privacy safeguards or internationally recognized legal mechanisms are in place to ensure adequate protection. Trainees must consent to this use of their data.
